How we review

We read the product’s own page carefully, then write what a shopper actually needs to know.

What we do

For each product we go through the page the seller publishes and set out, in plain words, what the thing is, what you receive when you pay, and how you would use it. Where the seller makes a big promise about health, money or results, we say that it is a promise and whether any evidence is offered for it.

What we do not do

We are not doctors, pharmacists, financial advisers or lawyers. So treat these reviews as a careful summary and a set of sensible questions, not as proof that something works. If a product matters to your health or your money, speak to someone qualified before buying.

How this site makes money

If you buy through a link on this site, the seller pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. We do not order reviews by what pays us most, and a product being listed here is not a recommendation.
