Is it worth it?
If you've done the vision board, the affirmations, the gratitude journal, and your life looks roughly the same as it did two years ago, you already know the feeling this is aimed at. Calmer, less white-knuckled about results. That's the real product, and it's worth buying if that's what you want. Skip it if you need a concrete plan for a specific problem (debt, a job, a relationship), or if religious language grates on you.
