Is it worth it?
If you're reading about this, you probably already know where every toilet on your usual route is. Maybe you've stopped getting on the trampoline with the kids, or you laugh with one hand braced. What does have strong evidence behind it is proper pelvic floor training with a physiotherapist, which is often free or cheap. If you haven't done that seriously, do it first, and get a doctor to rule out infection or something structural. Leaking isn't just an ageing thing you have to put up with. If you've already been down that road and want to try a supplement alongside it, this is one of them. Treat it as a maybe, not a fix, and start with the smallest order.
