Is it worth it?

If you spit into the sink and there's pink in it most mornings, or the hygienist has started using the word 'pockets', that's usually what brings someone to a product like this. You brush, you floss (mostly), and it still isn't getting better. DentaBiome is a chewable berry flavoured tablet you take once a day. The idea is that chewing spreads it around your mouth rather than sending it to your stomach, which is at least a sensible argument for the format. Whether the postbiotic compounds inside do what the page says is a different question, and the page doesn't help you answer it: no ingredient list, no doses, no named studies behind the 'supported by research' line. The testimonials about bleeding stopping in three days and ten cavity free years are the seller's claims, not findings. Here's the practical bit. Bleeding gums are usually early gum disease, and that responds well to a proper clean and better technique, which a tablet can't do for you. If you've already had that sorted and want something extra alongside brushing, this is a low risk thing to try with a 60 day refund window. If you're hoping it replaces a dentist visit you've been putting off, it won't, and waiting tends to cost more later.
