Is it worth it?
You brush, you floss most nights, and you still leave the dentist with a list. Maybe your gums bleed a little. Maybe your breath turns on you by mid afternoon and you've started quietly checking it. That's usually who ends up reading about ProDentim. It's a chewable tablet, one a day, with 3.5 billion probiotic bacteria plus a few plant and mineral extras. The idea is that your mouth has its own bacterial balance, and topping up the friendly strains supports gums and breath. That isn't nonsense. Lactobacillus reuteri in particular has been studied for gum inflammation, with modest results. But the page's bigger claims are the seller's, not settled fact: that ordinary toothpaste is wrecking your mouth, that this is the only product of its kind, that teeth would otherwise last for centuries. The clinically proven line refers to those ingredients in general, not to this specific tablet, and no trial of the finished product is shown. So treat it as an add-on, not a fix. If you've got active gum disease, a cracked filling, or bad breath with a real cause behind it, a probiotic won't touch that and you need a dentist first. If your mouth is basically fine and you want something alongside normal brushing, it's low risk to try for a couple of months. Chew it after brushing at night, then leave your mouth alone.
Pros
- One chew a day, nothing to change in your routine
- Named strains and doses rather than a vague blend
- No stimulants, gluten free, unlikely to clash with anything
- Bonus guides are free with the larger order
Cons
- Sales page never states the price, bottle size or refund terms
- Evidence cited is for the ingredients generally, not this tablet
- Does nothing for cavities, cracked teeth or real gum disease
- Sold on a recurring basis, so repeat charges are possible
What you get
Bottles of soft chewable tablets, taken once a day. Each one has 3.5 billion probiotic bacteria (Lactobacillus paracasei, B. lactis BL-04, Lactobacillus reuteri) plus inulin, malic acid, tricalcium phosphate and peppermint. Order six bottles and you also get free shipping and three short digital guides on fresh breath, whitening and an at-home oral reset. The page doesn't state how many tablets per bottle.
Before you buy
- Check at checkout whether it's a one-off order or an auto-ship that rebills, and how to cancel
- Ask what the refund window is and whether opened bottles still qualify
- Work out the cost per day at the single bottle price, not just the six bottle price
