Is it worth it?
You sneeze, or laugh at something, or lift a kid, and there it is again. Maybe you've started checking where the toilets are before you leave the house, or buying pads you never expected to need. It's very common after childbirth and around menopause, and a lot of women wait years before mentioning it to anyone. Pelvic Floor Strong is a video program from Alex Miller built around pelvic floor muscle training, with some posture and breathing work alongside it. The encouraging part is that the underlying method is legitimate. Pelvic floor muscle training is the standard first line treatment doctors and physios recommend for stress leakage, ahead of anything surgical. You're not being sold something fringe. The sales page is stretching, though. One pinched upper body muscle causing your leakage, and a 17 second stretch that releases it, is the seller's claim, and the page describes itself as evidence based without pointing to a single study. Real improvement from this kind of training usually takes several weeks of practice on most days. If you buy expecting 17 seconds, you'll be let down. Judged as what it actually is, a cheap structured routine that gets you doing the exercises properly instead of half guessing at kegels in the car, it's fair value. A course of pelvic health physiotherapy costs many times more. Just go in knowing the work is yours to do, daily, for a while.
Pros
- Built on the exercise approach clinicians actually recommend first
- Short sessions at home, no equipment, no appointments
- Far cheaper than a course of pelvic health physiotherapy
- Private, which matters for something people hate discussing
Cons
- Listed as recurring billing, so expect more than one charge unless you cancel
- Page never states the price or what's included before checkout
- A video can't check your technique the way a physio can, and contracting the wrong muscles is a common problem
What you get
Nothing physical arrives. It's digital, and you get access straight after paying: video sessions where Alex Miller demonstrates the pelvic floor routine, plus written material you follow along with at home. The page doesn't itemise the contents before you buy, which is genuinely annoying. Expect short sessions you can do on a mat or a chair, no equipment needed.
Before you buy
- Read the checkout screen carefully for subscription or trial terms, and keep the receipt
- ClickBank's standard refund window is 60 days, but confirm it on your own order confirmation
- See a GP or pelvic health physio first if there's pain, urgency, a heavy dragging feeling or sudden onset, since those need assessing
Who it suits
Women with mild to moderate stress leakage who want a structured home routine and haven't properly tried pelvic floor training yet.
